Front Office Staff
Cindy – Scheduling Coordinator
Cindy is our scheduling coordinator and has been working in the dental industry for over 13 years. She is originally from California but has made Gilbert her home since 1994. Cindy strives to make every patient feel welcome in our practice and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a family atmosphere prevails in the office. She is a mother to three wonderful children and enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible.
Nicki – Financial Coordinator
Nicki is our financial coordinator and resident insurance expert. She has worked in dentistry for over 12 years. She is a native of Arizona and doesn’t plan on leaving any time soon. Nicki works hard to ensure that each patient maximizes their insurance benefits and that all financial obligations are clear and concise. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and enjoys camping at the sand dunes when she has time off.
Back Office
Lori – Doctor Assistant
Lori is one of our most experienced back office assistants having worked in dentistry for over 10 years. She has lived in Arizona since she was 10 years old and currently resides in Apache Junction. Lori enjoys the personal aspect of dentistry and the opportunity to interact with different people every day. She specializes in making patients feel comfortable and relaxed. She is a loving mother of three and has quite a green thumb.
Tessa – Doctor Assistant
Tessa is a newcomer to the dental field but she brings with her a caring attitude and a willingness to learn. She is a native of Arizona and currently resides in Queen Creek with her husband and two sons. She enjoys being a part of a team that strives to make a difference in people’s lives. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and redecorating her house to no end.
Pam – Doctor Assistant
Pam brings tremendous heart and passion with her to the office every day. She has worked in dentistry for over 20 years and has forged relationships with patients that will last a life time. She is a native of Nebraska but has resided in Arizona for the past 13 years. Pam is our resident animal lover and she brings the same motherly instincts to each and every patient. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and loves reading and shopping.
Sadie – Doctor Assistant
Sadie is thriving in her first experience working in a dental office. She is a native of Arizona and is quickly learning all the ins and outs of the dental field. She is extremely friendly and will go out of her way to make sure every patient is treated with kindness and compassion.
Tandy – Doctor Assistant
Tandy brings the same warm heart to work that she has with her five children at home. She is very aware of the patients and does her best to make sure all their needs are met. She is always eager to learn and pass that knowledge on to each person she interacts with.
Beth – Doctor Assistant
Beth is the baby of the group who is breaking into the dental field here in our office. She is a native of Arizona and currently resides in Mesa. She takes advantage of every opportunity to learn and grow and is more than willing to do whatever is asked of her. She is the proud mother of a 2-year-old daughter and loves to read and spend time with her family.
Hygiene Department
Phyllis – Dental Hygienist
Phyllis has been a dental hygienist since 1992 and provides her patients and colleagues with a wealth of knowledge and practical application. She is the proud mother to two strapping young men and is currently experiencing the joys of grandparenthood for the first time. She is a tremendous communicator and she is genuinely invested in the dental health of each one of her patients. She would permanently vacation in San Diego if we would let her, but for now she will have to settle for weekend getaways.
KC – Dental Hygienist
KC has been working in dentistry for over 10 years and has spent some of her dental career as an office manager and an orthodontic assistant. She is a native of Northern California and has lived here in the valley since 1999. She enjoys helping patients remain healthy and educating them on improved oral health. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping.
Sara – Hygiene Assistant
Sara is a relative newcomer to the dental industry. She began working the front desk and later decided that she had an interest in hygiene. She is an Arizona native and enjoys reading and travel. She has excelled in becoming a hygiene assistant and her positive attitude and strong work ethic has served her well in learning all there is to learn about dental hygiene. She hopes to attend hygiene school in the future.
Melisse – Hygiene Assistant
Melisse comes to us by way of Washington State where she completed an assisting program. She has been in Arizona now for a little over a year and is getting to know the Arizona outdoors better. Melisse enjoys all aspects of dentistry but especially enjoys the one-on-one patient interaction that she gets with each patient being seen in her schedule. She loves making people smile and making them feel at home.
Types of patients that we want to see come in?
We want to see people who want to keep their teeth their entire lives. We are looking for people who are health conscious and want to maintain their oral health.
