Meet the Dentists
Dr. Chad Caffall
After earning his bachelor’s dress from Arizona State University in 2002, Dr. Chad Caffall received his doctorate from University of the Pacific in 2005. He has taken many advanced courses at the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education and the Levin Institute Program, and completed a Nobel Biocare Implant residency. Dr. Caffall has also taken specialized courses in IMTEC mini-implants and implant synergy at the WhiteCap Institute. Dr. Caffall currently resides in Mesa with his wife and three children.
Dr. Wynn Caffall
Dr. Wynn Caffall graduated from Mesa Community College and Arizona State University before receiving his doctorate from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Dental Association, a Pankey Institute alumnus, and a member of the American Equilibration Society. He was voted one of Phoenix’s Top 100 Dentists in 2005. Dr. Caffall currently resides in Mesa and has seven wonderful children and nine of the cutest grandchildren in the world.
Dr. David Whitlock
Dr. David Whitlock graduated from Arizona State University in 2003 and received his doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. Like Dr. Caffall, he also completed the Levin Institute Program and a Nobel Biocare Implant residency, and has taken specialized courses in IMTEC mini-implants and implant synergy at the WhiteCap Institute. Dr. Whitlock currently resides in Chandler with his wife and three children.
